Some really good activities to do there

Its not a bad beach that's in the city, lots of Russians, the peddlers do hassle but not too much for it to be annoying. On some days the water can be quite clear in nice.

This is a nice clean beach that is easy accessible. Buses stop nearby or you can even walk there if it's not too hot. It's reasonably clean and there's lifeguards on duty. There's the usual Jet skis and Para sailing available and it can get busy. You can rent deck chairs if you don't fancy lying on the beach. Close... More

Good location , however there are too many people with no specific place to rest and enjoy the beach . Beach cleanliness needs to improve greatly !

Easy accessible, public city buses in a walking distance. Many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Clean, with lifeguards on site. In February it was a bit busy - mostly Chinese and Russians.

You have absolutely no idea what this lovely place was like before development. One lovely government run hotel the Dadonghai Hotel and a few beach chalets. Yalong bay was sea and trees, nothing else, beautiful clear sea, tropical fish around your feet, sunsets to die for, no horrible masses, no Russians. beach cafe served shrimps and fish from the bay... Famous beach area with music bars on the side. The only downside is that they close down the music bars quite early.

Quite clear water and a "promenade" in the shadow behind the sand all the way. Many restaurants in the shadows at well. Lifeguards were present. The water looked blue at most times, many people there who cannot swim and try to defeat the waves with their little rubber rings or -duckies. I was a hotel guest there and got chairs... More

Very busy with Chinese who are a little different in attitude. But clean water and lots of local cafes to keep you fed and refreshed
