There was a rock which resembled the head of a turtle with its mouth open and looking 75 degrees to the sky. It was a tiring climb to the top to get a... More

The temple is situated in a secluded, rather 'hilly' area with beautiful scenary. It is a 'quiet' place with eye catching temple decorations. Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area. Traveled there by private car during 2013 New Year holidays, so am unable to provide details of how to get there. Enclosed is a map in Chinese.

We see the religious ceremony in this temple, it was very interesting. The temple is situated in quite place with mountain view. From Shantou it takes about 30 minutes to get there. Worth visiting if you are interested in such kind of places.
