This is just a giant statue. There isn't a lot to see. It's definitely a symbol of Dongguan, but don't make a special trip or anything. You might consider hanging around later in the evening to watch the older ladies exercise. Every once in a...More

will suffice. An evening stroll requires a bit longer. Whilst there is modern Chinese style architecture to view, there are far better places in DG to see and genuinely be inspired.

At night this area seems to have a good potential. But daytime big Space and large buildings only. Convention center : if you have a chance you Will get interesting exhibition but not easy.
