As soon as you enter the gate you are greeted by a guide., who spoke very good English. This place isn't very big, but they don't half pack a lot into it. The tour is free and last around 15 minutes, ending in a free tasting of coffee or tea that they produce and sell. First we saw the ladies... More

The tour of this workshop is free and highlights a successful attempt to employ local village people and train them in basic skills, most of which involve hand labour. English speaking guides are available to explain the various categories of activity which start with start with rattan weaving and go on to the making of scented candles, soaps, jams and... More

We visited both the workshop and the retail section with a young man as our guide. He was an artist himself previously (woodcraft), but because of tendon injuries to his hand had to leave the profession. They have now employed him as a guide, which shows the organisation care for their staff well.

The prices were a bit higher than what I had expected in Cambodia, but the quality of the products was far above what we had seen anywhere else... More
