Fascinating demonstrations of silk growing, spinning, dyeing and weaving. Lovely silk goods in the attached shop from fabrics woven in the campus. Well worth the visit!

you learn alot about silk here - makes you appreciate woven silk vers. stamped silk that is much easier to make. Reasonable prices.

i never visited any silk farm or industry untill now ., had a great experience , silk farm located in siem reap - where local cambodian craftman involve in making silk - . guide showed us all step of making silk .

We were shown every stage in the production of silk from the silk worms to the completed products. Amazing how patterns and colours are created from such fine thread. No wonder the products are so expensive!!

Tour timing around morning 9.30 to 1.30 afternoon . best way of transport is tuk tuk . can take you anywhere , act as guide also and easy to get . hope it help

Get the free shuttle bus from Artisans Angkor, maybe better to book in advance.. 9.30am and 1.30pm... It took us around 30min to get to the silk farm
