This was a quick stop on the way to Beantay Srei, and it was wonderful. Not only did we pretty much have the whole place to ourselves (around 8:30 a.m.), but it was beautiful and there was a gorgeous view of the surrounding jungle canopy...More

We came here for the sunrise, the light on the temple was superb and both magical and slightly surreal.

It's probably my favorite temple because it's different from the other temples so it stood out for me. Plus the colors of the materials used are not the usual ones around the templex.

Beautiful views from the top (walk around to the side to use the wooden stairs, don't try to climb the stone stairs at the front - no signs to let you know they are there) Great photos from the outside on the road.

Most reviews advice to go to Phnom Bakheng to watch sunset. We went there on our 1st day. But on the 2nd day we ended our journey in less crowded Pre Rup, which its sunset and the whole experience was way more memorable and serene....More
