The views are wonderful. They make the little hike worthwhile. They blank out the filth, rubbish, and graffiti that litters the trail and any viewpoint. We made this hike on a beautiful morning in about 35 minutes from the entrance gate at the bottom. It...More

We walked up from town - a difficult steep walk (at altitude) but with it for the views at the top. Lots of sacred points along the way. Top is interesting with monuments but also covered with lots of rubbish. Good views of the sunset...More

A reasonably easy 20 minute up the staircase and past all the stations of the cross. The views on top are nice and gives you a good idea of the scope of the lake and you get a total view of Copacabana. It is worth...More

This is not a difficult hike unless you're still adjusting to the altitude. Worth the effort. Take your time and enjoy the journey. We hiked to the top in the mid morning but I imagine it's a great spot to watch the sunset as well....More
