2 of my cycling friends and I had a very pleasant time drinking a bottle of vignole on the outdoor grapevine - draped patio. The wine was accompanied by delicious sausage and cheese purchased at the store. I would have given this winery 5 stars, but the woman who waited on us was brusque almost to the point of rudeness.... A tasting at this winery changed my perception of Missouri wineries. These people are making wine that is sophisticated and interesting. There were several varietals that were new to me, and serval of the wines were dry. Really liked the dry rose.

Nice venue for outside seating and music. Wine tasting inside which was a little on the small side and wines a bit too sweet for my taste. However, my taster was off just a bit that day and my friends were pleased with their tastings and bought several bottles of the Cuvee. Sweet little place to stop if your in... More

Still one if the best wineries in the Augusta area. The staff we met was very knowledgeable and helpful since we are just wine lovers not connoisseurs. Wines were semi- dry to very fruity. I can't say enough about the place, will definitely return in the near future.

We stopped by Augusta Winery on the way to our Sunset Dinner at Montelle Winery this past weekend. My wife and I love the area and wines that Missouri has to offer. This place did not disappoint! We had a nice sampling of the wines and left with a half case to enjoy later on. We will definitely be back... More

This winery has great views from many angles. The day we went it was very sunny but a little hot. This day was special because I was proposed to at the winery.

Most wineries I've been to have up to four things going for them: their wines (of course), wine tasting, food, and atmosphere. Augusta had only the first two. Wines: The winery produces a small but wide variety of red and white wines. I'm fairly sure just about anyone would be able to find a wine which appeases their palate. The... More

A great little gem of a winery. Very knowledgeable staff and some great Missouri wines. The cheval blanc is great and the Norton Reserve 2012 is outstanding. Buy the Reserve as you cannot find it in a store. Augusta is the first AVA in the country even ahead of Napa. Amuse visit for wine lovers.

Staff was super sweet! We we're searching for a certain bottle of wine that we tasted at our B&B and they told us that's where we could purchase it. The staff was super sweet and very helpful plus we found the one we were searching for!

Went in for tasting which was fun, a little disappointed that they charge for tasting but you do get to keep the glass. Found the wines to be of good quality and we enjoyed the open air seating and the music was very nice. The musician was very talented and could play a wide variety of music genres. A very... More
