It is a nice place for kids to enjoy & experience but no one has started counting the number of penguins who die in this artificial environment. The real story of animal cruelty is covered up from the world by the media.

We took our two daughters (aged 4 and 8) for the exclusive penguin encounter. It was very expensive but in our opinion, worth every penny. We spent over an hour with the trainer, just the four of us. She showed us 'backstage': how the water is cleaned, the imported food, the vet area etc. She told us the history of... More

This was the best experience the kids enjoyed. We also enjoyed it. Seeing the penguins so close is amazing.

It was great being able to observe the penguins and take photos. I do not think it necessary to do the penguin encounter, unless you want to touch them and take photos posing with them, as you get a good view of them anyway. Very cute animals.

Great time at the Snow Penguins...plus Ski Dubai is so much fun to visit to. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Would have given 5 stars but can't take pictures and the price they charge for the ones they take are outrageously overpriced that I didn't buy them out of principle.

The Pengiun Experience is more a photo shoot than anything else...but rather you pay to take part in the photo shoot and then you have to pay again to get a photo. It's approx £40 to take part in the penguin encounter and then shockingly they will not allow you to take any photos with your one camera or phone.... More

We have chosen the interactive experience with the penguins. It was very interesting and it was also very nice to know that some of the proceeds were going for penguin research. The trainers and host were very knowledgeable and it was a awesome experience to have the penguins come up to you.

Meeting the penguins was unexpectedly nice! I didn’t think it’ll be that much fun. We got to touch them, and take nice photos. YOu get to see educational videos about the penguin lives before we get to see them live. The instructors were very decent and informative. Over all a very nice experience

It's an incredible experience with -5°c, when it's +52°c outside! The kids enjoyed to touch and see the penguins so close. It was a sweet moment. After 4 yrs being in Dubai, we had to do it!,

The snow penguin encounter was part of the ticket deal we bought. Interesting for kids as they allowed you to touch the penguins. But if you want any pictures with penguins they cost quite some extra. It was a short encounter too.
