    Paradise like your dreams
I treated myself to a day at Sal beach club. It was the best experience ever! From the minute you arrive your put on a small golf buggy and driven to the venue . It’s sheer luxury when you get to Sal. Once shown to your chosen bed for the day., You feel like your in a tropical paradise. I can’t recommend a day here enough even as a solo traveller. Service, food, cocktails all exceptional.

I celebrated my 50th birthday via this day tour and it’s the best birthday gift ever to myself . Stunning bedroom spaces , superb interior designs and fabrics of King and Queen’s en-suite , dining room , library, photo gallery, viewing deck , souvenir shops and many more . It’s the best value for money and amazing birthday gift for me . I’m loving every minute of it . Much love Rodalyn

A fabulous hotel with outstanding personnel who made us feel at home! Thanks to the staff and chefs at SAL for their bright smiles and impeccable service(the oatmeal was the best I ever had!), Ali at the poolside, Sunita our great butler & Mohammed, our resourceful concierge! They and our beautiful room made our stay one of the most memorable ones!!!

It’s Everything you Expect and More!!!! (2017)
We divided to experience the Burj Al Arab as our stopover point on our way to South Africa for our safari. This property is everything you could dream of and the staff makes it reality. We had a two story suite with a butler at our beck and call, however it’s not our style so unofficially we gave him the night off. The architecture is amazing and the property is everything you’d expect from a 7 star hotel. We did have the pleasure dining in the restaurant with the giant salt tank. It was as excellent as you’d expect. Ironically, 8,000 miles from home and we meet a local restauranteur from our hometown. Small world.

    Too class service in Jumeriah
We have a wonderful wonderful time in Dubai. Top class service with very kind people, yesterday after inside Burj Al Arab tour, we’re not sure how to get to Shimmers, the guy in the pic take us there and introduce Jumeirah Hotels to us, we have a very pleasant chat, and we have a really good memories here. Definitely will try Jumeriah resorts next time!

    Beautiful building
This is a beautiful hotel and as you would expect nothing has been spared on decor. It's iconic and luxurious and if you feel like splashing out go for lunch. Guests get the benefit of seeing this area during the day and for those with children there is the huge Waterpark close by

    An incredible and exceptional stay
Although I have visited the Burj Al Arab several times, this is the first time i stayed albeit for two nights. I can say it certainly was an experience being very grand and quite overwhelming at times. Their E Butler service is fantastic, all of the staff are amazing and the breakfast might be one of the best we have ever had...they also catered for my grandson who has allergies. This hotel astounded us with its exceptional touches such as 'happy hour' in our rooms to Hermes toiletries and access to Wild Wadi Water Park. It was an incredible experience, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

    Luxurious stay
we stayed September for our wedding anniversary from the moment you step out of the limousine you are treated like royalty. the attention to detail is amazing. we arrived early and had a drink in the lobby bar Amazing! the butler took us to our room and showed us round every thing about the place just shouted luxury. gold plated just about very thing they could. all rooms are duplexes and downstairs is a wash room and toilet, tea coffee facilities by the entrance desk along side the mini bar which wasn't so mini. dining table and sofa's laid out on the spacious living level with floor to ceiling windows looking out to the Arabian sea. Going up the sweeping staircase to the wardrobes and dressing area, even a gold plated Dyson hairdryer! to the left was a spacious bathroom with jacuzzi bath double sink with his and hers Hermes toiletries including aftershave and perfume. extremely large shower cubicle with jets coming from all directions. across the hallway was the bedroom with seating area and again floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Arabian sea everything was remote controlled to the TV coming up from behind the drinks cabinet at the foot of the bed to the curtains being drawn but with a view that we had never shut the curtains. We had cocktails/ drinks served at our room prior to dinner with canapes absolutely delicious! the whole place was just opulent and did not want to leave. definitely stay again.

Loved the tour and the drinks
On day one we took the Big Bus tour to the stop for Burj Al Arab. We were disappointed we couldn't walk into the building, but I totally understand, given the crazy number of people there trying to get pictures. We decided to pay for the tour, then we were told my husband couldn't get in because he was in flip flops. I had read that online and totally forgot. The next day we came back dressed appropriately. The tour was great but our favorite part was relaxing at the beautiful outdoor bar after. We had been on tour after tour for two days and were exhausted. The view, drinks and service were just what we needed.

Guided tours inside are a must do
I think the most iconic building of Dubai (yes more than Burj Khalifa) as it is such a striking and unique structure. I was a little surprised that you can see it from roads nearby poking up from the office buildings and cars as I thought it was on a man-made island a bit off shore - but it is actually very close. I was able to go to the Jumeirah Beach hotel and take photos from their pool and walk on the beach area for close ups - nobody stopped me although not staying there. I think the guided tour inside is also well worth doing as we all know what it looks like from the outside but few see the decor inside. I note that the foundations have been laid nearby for Burj Al Arab 2 which are 3 times that of this original hotel. In my opinion the new one will spoil the views as less can be more. Glad I visited before the building overcrowding happens...

The best hotel we have stayed in across the globe. You can instantly see why this is referred to as the most luxurious hotel in the world. We stayed for a few nights and didn’t want to leave. The pool area was amazing, service outstanding and the room was stunning. We stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite which was perfect for our family. The room was so large spread across 2 floors. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely Awesome! There is no other words for this experience. We found nothing negative to say about - just positive ones :) We (and probably all visitors) were thinking few times forehead that can this really be worht of money BUT no worries about that. Basicly they really beated all 5star hotels before and after that they gave you a new positive surprise. Suites are fancy and large but actually almost the weakest part of the experience :) Breakfast and Beach Club Sal were pretty much 10/5...! And of course kids loved the compulsatory tickets for Wild Wadi-waterpark.
Definitely we will come back for a longer stay later on :)

Booked the afternoon tea in the sky view bar , apart from the mediocre food the experience is not one I would wish to repeat. Poor service , rude waiters, poor communication with allergies. Food was not as expected, having had many afternoon teas at some of the world’s most exclusive destinations this was way down my list . I would not recommend this to anyone .

I spent my 50th birthday here on a tour it was meaningfully spectacular . It’s all worth it . A gracious and grandiose way to celebrate my earthly existence to one of the most iconic and most exquisitely elegant and luxurious place to stay in the planet. Truly remarkable. I’m so happy I did it :-)

What a wonderful stay at Burj Al Arab! The moment we arrived we were greeted with cool, rosewater towels and tea. The hotel is absolutely stunning. Our afternoon tea with Nithin was delicious. Dinner at Al Mahara was fabulous. Omar was amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed for our time at the beach. He was also able to get us a reservation at Al Iwan where we had a fantastic dinner. Omar went out of his way to make us feel special and have a fantastic stay! What stellar service! Thank you Omar, you also get 7 stars! I can’t wait to come back!

The Burj is absolutely beautiful. The service was good Was good with the exception of our Butler Omar. He was absolutely fantastic!!! He went above and beyond and made our experience so much better. To be honest, my friend was a little upset about the service on our first night given the price of the Burj, but the next day we met Omar, and he totally turned our opinion around. He provided the type of luxury service that one would associate with the Burj. I also must give a shout out to the waiter we had for our tea service cannot remember his name, but he was fantastic as well. All in all it was a very nice experience and I’m glad we stayed there.
