Red Dunes By Quad Bike, Sandsurf, Camels & BBQ at Al Khayma Camp

Experience several desert pursuits in one outing, including ATV-driving—something many tours only offer at an extra cost—on this red-dune desert tour from Dubai. Skip the hassle of transport and logistical planning; and be free to simply enjoy the dunes and activities provided. Zoom off on an ATV, ride a camel, go sandboarding; enjoy henna art and Arabian-costume photos; and conclude with a barbecue-buffet dinner and live shows.

Very interesting historical place. We saw how was dubai before which shows us a big contrast between today and yesterday. You must visit while in Dubai.

As a history museum, I felt Dubai Museum to be pretty standard in what it has on display. Some of the bigger exhibits are found in the underground level, and showcase the society and industries of the pre-modern UAE. The newer museums in the nearby al-Shindagha Heritage Village are more specialised and fascinating. Still, the old fort it was built into is lovely, despite the cramped corridors and the surrounding city outside. If you're interested, I recommend visiting this museum sooner in your trip, both to get a basic understanding of the region, and to set your expectations a little lower.

Visit was prior to pandemic. There was a long line of history fanatics. Who would not be intrigued at how from humble beginnings that Dubai has risen and is now considered one of the modern and futuristic location in the entire world.

This museum is housed in Dubai Fort & is very cheap to visit. At the beginning you tour through the old fort, looking at exhibits. Originally, we thought, ‘oh well you get what you pay for’. Then as you head further down into the fort, you come across a modern museum, telling the story of the development & history of Dubai. It was very well done & we spent a couple of hours here, immersed in Dubai’s history. Highly recommend if you are a history buff like me.
