A must do in Dubai, we had lunch and unlimited wine. The food was excellent and plentiful the wine superb and the views absolutely stunning. Thankyou Marvin for looking after us so well and taking so amazing photos.

Amazing experience. Food and drinks were delicious. Views were outstanding, I recommend a cabana. Marvin was very helpful and friendly. He made our experience even better.

This was such an amazing experience. Great food and drinks and stunning views. I would highly recommend!! Our server, Merwan was truly outstanding. He was so friendly, attentive and made us feel really welcomed and cared for. Some of the best service I’ve received during my entire trip to Dubai!

We came for the early morning yoga with Emilsy at the skypool, it was fabulous even though I cannot bend very well, and I don't particularly like early mornings ;-), Emilsy was amazing, breakfast in the lounge was very tasty and full of flavour, our server Marvin was so friendly and helpful, cannot recommend this enough, and I would definitely do it again in a heartbeat.

I tried to reserve online and I got a pop-up saying that my reservation was made and to check my email. I've checked for two days now and also in my spam folder and there's no email but I did screenshot the reservation confirmation. What do I do? I contacted customer service and no response. I don't want to make a double booking.

We also had an issue with the booking via their website and I’d suggest you call them
I wouldn’t risk going without having a confirmation
As it’s booked up weeks / often months in advance
We were there in dec 22 and it was fully booked then
And it would be several weeks before we could get back in so when we tried to swap our day there was zero flexibility they could offer

At certain times/ visits, purchasing food and drinks is mandatory and the package you select includes part payment for the minimum spend required on food/ drink. The morning session is the only one where food and drink purchases are not mandatory.

Hi, food and drinks are not included. You will have to pay for your sunbed when you make your rsvp, and everything else costs extra. That is, after your pool day, you will pay for all food and drinks.

Noticed there’s an additional AED 1,000 charge for F&B, some previous posts say this is not the case - why is it attached to my booking?

Noticed on the website when booking it said there is a minimum spend on F&B of 600AED per person on top of the price of day bed! Is this so as noticed on a few other questions on tripadvisor that there are no minimum spend..a little confused by this. Thanks in advance

Hello there, we can't guarantee sun for the day of your visit but usually the city view is the sunniest in the morning. However, it will depend on the weather the day of your visit. Thanks. AURA
