Metro station and cabin very clean, staff at metro station very polite and helpful. It has a woman and children cabin where your ride may be more comfortable. Very good connection with city attractions.

From the moment we arrived at the metro we were impressed by its modernity, efficiency, cleanliness and speed. Enjoyed every minute. Easy to use. Only two lines which serve all the main areas of Dubai.

Tickets were easy to purchase and a short wait for a metro. Metro was busy and the short journey from Bur DubI to Dubai Mall was enough for me. Tended to use taxis but if budget is an issue then this works just fine.

Quick, cheap and effective way to get from A to B. All the stations have the same design so that is cool.

Probably the best public facility I have ever used in any country, really amazing. The only downside is the ramification but sure they will soon expand it.
