About
The UAE’s latest cultural landmark, Dubai Frame is an iconic structure that ‘frames’ impressive views of Old and New Dubai, while serving as a metaphorical bridge connecting the emirate’s rich past with its magnificent present. Dubai Frame celebrates the story of Dubai from its early establishment to its ambitious plans for future development. Launched in January 2018, the project comprises a 150-metre-high, 95-meter-wide structure being built to resemble a huge picture frame, through which landmarks representing modern Dubai such as Emirates Towers and Burj Khalifa can be seen on one side, while from the other side, visitors can view older parts of the city such as Deira and Karama. Exterior design of Dubai Frame was inspired from the logo of EXPO2020 and it is world's largest picture frame by Guinness World Records. According to Dubai Frame general policy, guests are requested to wear respectful clothing: shoulders and knees to be covered.

    Great views
Neat, slim, high, perfect and simple architectural design. Not far from other attractions (Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future) and reasonably priced fee at dhs 49 (USD 13.5). Less waiting time, and beautiful views from the top, specially to watch sunset. A one-time visit site

    The Frame
Glad we did it. short and sweet, tick off the list of things to do in Dubai. Probably a ‘once you’ve done it, you wouldn’t do it again’ type of place. Great views of The Burj and the forever growing city. Friendly staff and well managed queuing up lifts etc.

    Great
I purchased skip the line tickets from a tour operator but did not receive them. The staff at The Frame were amazing! After explaining that they don’t have fast track, they contacted the seller, sorted our entry and even let us go straight through. I can’t praise them enough. The Frame is well worth a visit, we really enjoyed it.

You must visit Dubai Frame 👌
Patience is a virtue when you are visiting Dubai Frame during peak hours, it was indeed worth the wait. We are queueing for more than 40 minutes just to reach the top floor. When reaching the top view, you will see the landscape of new Dubai and Old Dubai and you will walk on the glass bridge. On the top floor, we don't have family photos taken on our mobile at the glass bridge due to the big crowd, luckily there's a photographer who approached us to take a family photo... the photo was a bit expensive but worth buying for the family souvenirs. And the staff are all friendly especially the staff at photo souvenir they give us a good price to take home our memorable photos . I asked one of the staff regarding the best time to visit without that much queuing, he said from 9 to 10 AM and evening from 7 to 9 . ( Dubai Frame timings from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM) Overall it was an amazing experience. Highly recommended to visit.
Dear Hope V, Thank you for your time and for posting this review. We appreciate your kind feedback with recommendations. Looking forward to seeing you again at our premises. Sincerely, DF TEAM

Great experience my family really enjoyed ❤️😍😍😍
This 150 m building in the shape of a frame is a nice attraction to do in Dubai. For 50 AED, you get access to the top floor to enjoy a stunning view over the city skylines. There is also an entertaining opaque glass floor that becomes transparent when touched and give you a scare. Highly recommended!

    Iconic Landmark
This has become an iconic landmark, besides the Burj Al Arab and the tall Burj Khalifa. Very popular attraction as well. It is either you come early or late to avoid long tourist lines. At the topmost you can have views of old and the new of Dubai. Visit can last an hour as staying longer might be a bore. Outside , look for photo ops ideal to your setting. It is my 2nd visit , and it is still fine with me.
Dear Doctorfoxtrot, Warm greetings from Dubai Frame and thank you for taking the time to visit us the second time. We are happy to know your visit was a complete enjoyment again and we hope you will come back again. We are looking forward to that. Yours faithfully, Dubai Frame Team

    Worth to visit
A very beautiful view of the city from the top of the frame. Never thought from the outside that people can go to the top of this frame and also walk looking directly below via a transparent floor. The area surrounding this frame is very well maintained and it's a good place to click beautiful picturespictures.

    Definitely worth visit
Ticket was quick to get but there was a long queue to get inside. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely worth visiting. If you are scared of heights definitely not one for you. Enjoyed walking on the glass and looking down amazing views all round.

    Far better than the Burj
Whilst the Frame is not as high as the Burj Khalifa nor affords as good views, it is a fraction of the price and you will not have to wait so long to get in and it is not as overcrowded. We did have to wait in the queue for about 40 minutes before we walked through the UAE in the past mini history tour, but when you don't have a time slot booked I guess you Kind of have to expect this. Views were great from the top, transparent walkway was cool and it wasn't overcrowded. Unlike the Burj you can see outside from the lift as you ascend. The UAE future 360 show at the end was very cleverly done. Whole thing including queueing probably took about 2 hours. Very nice gardens etc outside. Easy to access off stop 15 on the Big Bus Tour.

this was a great visit. Yes I agree a view from a height and nothing more, but still it was great to see for miles on both sides, and also engineering marvel.
I chose dusk where i could have the view both with natural lights and when it became dark with the shining and sparkling tall buildings on one side and the older dubai with normal lights on the other side.
I feel if more museum materials were added and more information about the frame were added, it would have added to the value and made it more cost-effective.
also getting to Frame is not difficult , it was difficult to find taxis to get back

Today 1st January 2020 I visited the Dubai Frame. It’s a 10 walk from the nearest metro station. If you walk through the park you will need a Noi card with credit on it to access. Alternatively you can walk around the park in 15 minutes.

At the Dubai Frame entrance you can purchase tickets, but you may have to queue. I would suggest booking your ticket online.

When inside the grounds you will need to queue to enter the frame as the lifts only take a set amount so the entrance is staggered.

To get to the top floor took from entering the park approximately 35 minutes, it wasn’t terribly busy, so just be patient.

When on the top floor the views are amazing and the glass floor is out of this world and well worth standing and walking on.

I would say it’s well worth it’s cost of approximately £12 a ticket depending on exchange rates.

Before arriving in Dubai we purchased some online tickets for the frame at a price of approx. 12 usd per person, since we saw Burj was extremely expensive and we didn't want to waste money and time, so we settled for the frame instead.
The frame is located in a quiet neighborhood, in the middle of a nice park and with lots of skyscrapers and new projects rising around it.
Before going up we enjoy the well-groomed lawn, the flowers and the fountain located in front of the entry.
Inside there are some small exhibitions showing how Dubai was not long ago, how life was back then and so on.
On the top you have a wonderful view of the city, although the shapes on the window spoil the view.
I'm not a fan of heights and walking on the glass Bridge felt strange, but it was a nice experience indeed.
What I wish was that people could keep their masks on, and that someone would enforce that. We didn't completely felt at easy and in 15 mins or so we took the elevator and left.
Overall I am happy we visited this attraction, as it was not overly crowded, came at a fair price and allowed us to spend a good time while enjoying the panorama, but safety is also important...

Dubai Frame is one of the newest acquisition (2018) in the city, located in Zabeel Park, next to the SZR. It has amazing views, from one side you can contemplate the old Dubai and from the other the modern Dubai. It is a good impression of the city. You can also observe the city from the glass looking down, it is a bit scary but is good and nice pictures can be taken.
Tickets are also sold online and are usually cheaper plus you book the perfect timing, I recommend getting some chocolates and strawberry cover with chocolate from Godiva when up there.

An interesting concept but basically just an elevated view from another part of the city. Views toward the skyline of new Dubai and overlooking the old city. And, of course, stand on the transparent floor to see the ground way below your feet. The seven minute presentation about the future of Dubai that is shown as you leave the building was actually the highlight for me. My entry fee was part of a half day city tour and the tour and entry was less than some of the posted prices for a ticket alone. Shop around for a price. You really don’t need other than admission.

We arrived there just after dawn and I was not really impressed by the views. Initially the plan was to arrive just before the sunset to see the view in the light and at sunset but the queue was sooo long that we had to wait for over an hour to get to the top. I don’t really recommend going at night time, maybe next time the day view will make me change my review

I went here with a friend and we enjoyed it . It’s a relaxed thing to do no rushing or massive crowds. We went in the evening time so going before the sunsets is ideal to see it properly. Lots of information to be read inside and there’s a glass panel on the floor at the top that you can walk across and look down many floors under you

Bought tickets directly from Dubai Frame website. Had to queue up for 40 to 45 mins meaning the sunset slot we booked was long gone and sun has already set. The structure was impressive but there isn't really anything to see. No descriptions to explain the old and the new dubai. The glass floor is impressive but that's about it. Was not worth the waiting and the cost once you go up.

I came on holiday with my boyfriend but he wasn’t feeling very well so I went to the frame because I didn’t want to miss seeing it up close. I went around 4:30/5 and as this was when the sun started to go down the light glowing on the building was just phenomenal. It really is an impressive piece of architecture that I had to see and experience. I saw couples, families, groups. Be prepared to wait about 20-25 mins in the queue. There are two lifts up on one side, you walk along the frame and then come down in the two lifts on the other side

We didn’t do this on the same day as the Burj Kahlifa which I wouldn’t recommend because the DB is puny compared to the BK. But if you do one early in the trip and then the other later on, then I think it is worth recommending for only 50 AED. Going to the top and then standing on the glass floor is actually a little more intimidating and thrilling in real life than just reading about it. If not rushed for time, spend some time relaxing in the park area that surrounds it. Very peaceful and not at all crowded.

Tip: Book the tickets online before hand because the line can be long on site. We didn’t do this and got in line. But while waiting I went ahead and booked it/paid on my phone, got the QR code and went straight to the entrance. All the same price.

The signs say that you’re only allowed 30 minutes at the top for crowd control. However, this was not at all enforced and the staff let everyone take their time. 30 mins would probably be about max to be up there anyhow.
