The staff was exceptionally pleasant & polite. We even got our flights checked in & boarding passes given. That's excellent service!!!

Excellent from walking through the door lovely room on 29th floor , perfect housekeeping plenty of toiletries, waters and fruit. Very nice breakfasts with lots of choice. All staff very courteous. Used the free shuttle bus on many occasions. No complaints whatsoever.

Best design and nice colour when the sun is rising or decrasing. Classy towers close to the main business place of Dubai. If you can enjoy the hotel inside or one of the restaurants, it will be much better!

One of the iconic landmarks of Dubai are the emirates towers. Its houses a convention centre as well as a hotel which is of the Highest standard. The overlooking waterfall near the entrance is spectacular.

ALTA BADIA BAR 1,024 feet up in the sky, on the 51st floor of the Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
Will visitors on a wheelchair be able to go on this whole day city tour ? My mother can get up and walk if necessary but is unable to walk long distances.

Yes most of the places in dubai are wheel chair accessible.
