I only went there for a few photos as I was staying in a nearby hotel. As an attraction it is only worth it to come at night as it is not switched on the whole time, and so that the weather is more tolerable...More

It is a nice place but nothing special. Just another water pump on the sea. I was dissapointed with all the american influence on the culture.

The corniche in the evening is worth a wander, as lots of the locals come out to perambulate then. And the fountain will be there in the distance anyway. Though currently there is a lot of construction going on at the northern end.

Much bigger than the original one in Geneva, its nice to look at, not always on during the day and you can't walk up to it.

Could see the fountain as it starts at 6 pm. the area is quite nice and clean the beach is rocky and more of a backwaters feel than the sea, no tides and broad beaches. Good for an experience.

Thank you for your question Start of the evening after six o'clock until after midnight. You can sit on the Corniche and drink coffee and enjoy the magnificent scenery, great weather, in Jeddah this month
