Actually a very nice park! You can swim here, walk to the top (2 km), enjoy a meal and take many beautiful pictures. Useful tips: - Arrive early, before 11am. - Combine this trip with the Butterfly Park, which is 300 meters downhill and worth a 1.5 hour stay. - Bring your bathing suit. Most people don't swim here, but... More

These were the most beautiful falls I have ever seen in my life. So stunning you found yourself standing there with your mouth open. The walk was pleasant, you are allowed to swim and there was a restaurant there although I assume that you had to book. An absolute must.

As part of our guided tour we visited Kuang Si Falls. On the way we had a short stop to see some elephants and then once at Kuang Si Fall I was surprised that there was also a very busy but small area, with eating places and many tourist shops. After lunch, we headed off to the falls with our... More

Did a 3 hours trek to Kuang Si Waterfall. Trek through villages and forests before a steep trek down to the waterfall. Wear proper shoes if you are trekking there. The waterfall is gorgeous! The swimming area is albeit crowded with both locals and tourists. And the water is chilly!!

We booked this through our guest house and it's a tour along with other people and we only paid 45,000 kip per head. I read online that you can also book such tours at the travel agency near the post office. What's good about this is that instead of a tuktuk, we rode an air-conditioned van. Yaaas. The driver picked... More

We hired a van (350000 kip) with the hotel for a few hours to bring us to the waterfall which is about 45 minutes drive away. Entrance fee to waterfall costs 20000 kip each and it includes the Bear Conservation Santuary. Feeding time for the bears is around noon time. Walking past the bear sanctuary, we arrived at the first... More

We organised our trip out on the street with a Taxi driver. Itcost us 35000 Kip each. A taxi driver needs to make 200,000 Kip to make it worth his while. The ride can be a bit challenging its fast and furious and may not suit everyone as you ride in the back of a pick up truck.

We took a tuk tuk for 170,000 kip (2 people) to the waterfalls. It's about a 45 minute ride with potholes thrown in for free. The bear sanctuary at the entrance to the park seems to be one big tourist trap. The waterfalls are okay. If you want to climb all the way to the top take the stairs on... More

Stunning place and good for a wander, swim or to see the Bears. We climbed to the top of the waterfall, up the left-hand side of it. Which was doable, but we then tried to climb down the right-hand side which is extremely difficult, there's only a few actual steps right at the bottom. We didn't walk along to the... More
