I took the family and had a really wonderful day there. Vast Gardens with bushy trees and unique palms. There are lots of cafeterias and nice restaurants there. Also the gardens with the palace and the beach is an amazing combination. The palace was not open unfortunately but I got a photo attached from outside. There is a very special... More

Very wide park in the east of Alexandria. Some luxurious buildings with beautiful architecture. Good for friends, couples, and families with little kids.

The Montazah gardens used to belong to Egypt's Royal family. Khedive Abbas Hilmy (1892–1914) built Montazah as his summer palace, a refuge for when Cairo became too hot. A quiet romantic place with great scenaries from the moment you enter. The entery ticket is 15 LE. Amazing place for taking photos and relax. NB: if you need to use the toilet use the mosque's not the one outside

It's just a big park next to the beach . Locals love it because around there (the desert) this is an area where they can see a lot of trees, grass and flowers all together . It's a weekend spot for them.. but for me it was nothing new to see . (Not worth the 30 min drive from Alexandria... More

I went there with a picture from the past, but the reality was harsh. A lot of the ground area was bare from the velvety green grass cover. No flowers were seen. The only thing there was the tall trees and the palm trees. The Haramlek and Salamlek palaces were not open for public. There were swarms of ladybug near... More

The most popular park in Alex.. very wide green area of gardens originally related to the royal palace.. there you can find different choices of food through many restaurants. . N Some private beaches for summer times .. enjoy the sea view from the bridge and the beautiful light house at its end
