I plan on writing a more comprehensive review, in order to help the people who intend to visit the Danube Delta. 1. DO visit the Delta! It's like nothing you have ever seen before. A beautiful display of wildlife, from rare birds to beautiful greenery...More

This is by far the most boring cruise tour I have ever experienced. I recently visited Constanta Romania on the P&O ''Azura'' Black Sea Cruise and was fascinated by the description given re the Danube Delta cruise brochure information. It was a long long day....More

The first day was a very pleasant 4 hour tour and the second was a five hour fast boat trip to Mila 23. We would recommend both, but if you only have one day then the fast boat tour is best. Ciprian is great fun...More

This is one of the most spectacular places I have ever been! Make sure to try to take in the very small town of St. George! Small, poor, but wonderful people. This is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and rightly so!

The Danube Delta is really an amazing place. It is a little bit quiet at the end of September, but still great (and if you are lucky to have a nice sunny day). We will be back in the summer to enjoy it more.

If you go please take organized boat trip. It is necessary to see the Delta. You can arrive by car to Tulcea and most of trips start there.

While on the boat and sailling inside the Danube Delta, you can see some beautiful panoramas, from the locals that are chaching fish and tend to the nets, to entire families of local fauna. At the shadow of every tree there is a bird species...More
