A nice museum in an exceptional complex

Situated on a hill with a emblematic statue on top of it. The climbing to this statue is a little bit difficult (you can use stairs or an alley - the longer way)

Tiny museum but I liked the displays and the fact they are in English. If you are going to the memorial this is a nice stop.

Could not believe we were the only people visiting this museum on a lovely Saturday. It is an amazing, extremely comprehensive, and clearly set out presentation of the history of the Tulcea region. The English text was very much appreciated.
