Despite being August and the crowded streets, this Mosque was nearly empty. 6 € to go up to the minaret, you get the best views of the Neretva River and bridge. Women to cover up with clothes they provide.. The man at the door was not very kind to us.

This is a lovely mosque, centrally located within the old town of Mostar, that also boasts the best views of the old town and bridge. If you are after good panoramics, it can't be beat.

Try and get to the top of the minaret , you won't regret it , it's fantastic , the views are fabulous. Well worth the walk up all of the steps ( and there's lots!)

Beautiful mosque near to famous bridge. We had to wait for 1pm prayers to finish before we could pay the small entrance fee and enter. Well worth it, simple and eloquent as most mosques are. Worth the fee to enter the adjacent garden where you get the best view of the Bidge.

Fascinating old mosque in the centre of Mostar. It seems to be mainly visited by tourists but gives a real sense of the history. Recommended.

It is very beautiful and a point of interest for History enthusiasts, but for regular tourists it isn't a 'must see'. Most spend about a minute to take photos and leave. Some stalls on the side selling souvenirs.

Visitors of Mostar are usually walking from old bridge to this interesting mosque. Ambient has good architecture and very fine equilibrium of garden, side buildings and people. Place is friendly to visitors. You just have to pay small entrance fee and enter to the inner part of mosque. You can also climb up to the minaret (tower) with fine view.... More

We stopped in for a quick visit. Even if you don't have time to go in, the grounds are nice to walk around. There is an old cemetery and you can see some of the interior of the courtyard. There are a few shops and sitting areas on the property.
