This mosque is right beside the River, just off a very busy tourist street, though in a quiet courtyard of its own. It is an active place of worship and respect should be shown when visiting here.

Entered from a gated courtyard, the rebuilt 1618 Koski Mehmed Paša Mosque lacks a certain finesse in its interior, but you can climb the claustrophobic minaret for sweeping town views. Completed in 1618, this mosque is the second biggest in Mostar. It is placed just...More
We visited primarily to go up the Minaret and enjoy the view but we also thoroughly enjoyed the mosque itself. The minaret has 78 steps up a narrow, winding stairway and passing others is tricky. However, once up there the views of the old bridge...More
Really as the reviews, from minaret of the mosque, best view is presented of the bridge. Nothing special for the mosque, which seems no longer in use as a primlige. Cost 6eurs to visit the minaret, half to visit the mosque. Quite expensive. However, it...More
A long and quite frightening climb up narrow stairs to the minaret but the views were great over the city. The mosque itself was nothing special.
The mosque is interesting to view 3 euros for mosque and view of bridge or 6 euros for climbing the minaret tower as well. We went in as wanted the best photo I could get of the Bridge. Otherwise not a great deal to see.

This looks like a private mosque. You have to pay to enter the mosque or go up the minaret. The view from the tower is good. They have a clean toilet here and you need to pay using local Marks.
For a small entry fee we could see this interesting historical Mosque. Highlight is the climb to the top of the minaret because there you will have the best view of the old bridge in all of Mostar. The stairs are steep and narrow so...More
