We booked this tour via an agent which was selling tickets on the beach. He advertised in a very appealing way: a great tour to Kornati and Dugi Otok Islands in an air-conditioned ship, with breakfast, lunch, wine and orange juice included. The price was 45 eur/person. The first disappointing was when we arrived and we saw the condition of the ship: the ship was not at all in a best condition; everything on it was old and not very clean. The excursion started, and the crew begun to deliver the breakfast: a plain sandwich containing just bread, margarine, ham and a slice of cheap cheese. The so called "orange juice" was in fact a mixture of some chemicals mixed right there on the spot in a large water container. I've never drank a worse "solution" (I cannot call it juice) in my life. The wine was simply undrinkable (it was still fermenting in the bottle). The food served at the lunch was bland and very simple (however, if you are very hungry, there are chances that you may eat it. On the good side: the first stop, at the swimming beach is really great, however quite short. The second stop may be skipped and the time spent on the first one. At the last stop, the guide drove us directly to a coffee shop with great ice cream. Overall, i recommend this itinerary, however, for sure choose another ship/another company since the service on M/y Plavi Val was awful.

We visited Kornati islands (national park) with Plavi val company .Everything was very proffessional as it was agreed day before.Excellent food and drink ( lemonade for free all day for kids and vine for adults. Kornati are definitely one of the most beautiful islands we've ever seen with stunning scenery and clear blue sea on Lojena beach. We would recommend to everyone who has opportunity to visit Kornati as you wouldn't regret.

We're family of 4 and went to Kornati in Sept 2017. Almost didn't take the tour after seeing all these comments here ( although they were highly reccomended by people we know). I'm so glad we went!!!!! They stopped everywhere they were supposed to and there was a plenty of time for sightseeing and swimming. The food was great and meals were decent size, our plates were full And food was delicious ( I'm fussy about food and never satisfied in restaurants but this was a great surprise). Even the kids ate all on their plates. We're going again this year and I recommend this trip to all my friends and tourists because we had a great first hand experience.

A skiper is a total idiot. Not recomended at all. Dangerous for collision. Avoid plavi val. Turism must be safe.

Booked this full day excursion to the Kornati. First stop was the Lojena beach which was absolutely lovely. Didn’t get to the next stop of Tureta as we were told the sea was too rough so they took us to the 3rd stop Sali instead. The real problems started when we were on the way back. We were supposed to be dropped off at the pier on the Riva in Zadar. After much mucking around we were told the other boat wouldn’t move to let us dock so we were going to the other drop off point. They said not to worry it was only a 10 minute walk to the old city. It took them over an hour to dock next to another boat. We had to disembark from one boat to another. Having been in the area before I knew it was more like a 35 minute walk to the old city. The buses had already left and it would be a costly ride by taxi to the old city. Our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 children. It would have taken 2 taxis to transport us. The owner of the boat Daniella was happy to leave us to our own devices. We complained and she finally organised a cab for us at her own expense but other travellers including elderly couples were left stranded. If it wasn’t for us at least 15 passengers would have been in real trouble. We can’t believe a tourist boat company didn’t have proper arrangements for docking at 2 locations. At one stage they were organising for 130+ passengers to exit off the boat via the side strip on the other boat- barely the width of your shoe. There is no way I would have done that or let my child do that. This company has a lot to learn about customer service, communication and safety. Would not recommend them at all
