Heard there are 300 steps to the top of the Cathedral, height 62m. First part of steps is a very narrow passage, maybe 60-70cm wide so this is the warning for the "heavier" people :). Stairs are going round and round, some are concrete some...More

The Cathedral of St. Anastasia reminded me of other beautiful churches in Italy. It's built in typical Romanesque style with a very nice front side,

This is in the forum. A visit to the bell tower is a must. It's a bit of a climb but the view of the town and the islands is spectacular.

We visited the bell tower that is part of the Zadar Cathedral as part of a night tour of Zadar. It was great! The entrance fee is minimal and the staircases are a bit tight for 2 way traffic but it is well worth it!

The shade of the church and the campanile is a stunning orange during sunset. Unmistakably awesome..

This is must see place. Fantastic place to visit for history lovers interested in religious locations. In the centre of the old town and next to St. Donat.

This is an old 9th centurt church. It is grand from outside..but interiors are fairly non attractive. It is dark with little lighting or natural light. Narrow and not very big as you expect in a cathedral

We had a chance to visit this cathedral, seems that the monument has been rebuilt with other materials than those used at the origin. Go in the late afternoon as it's free otherwise you have to pay to enter...
