The 2nd most spectacular fortress in Dubrovnik, after Minceta - a true masterpiec of fortifications skills, it survived many invaders - just to be conquered by tourists

Visited the restaurant 4 times at various times of the day and never failed to have a good meal! The last one was particularly good and the waiter recommended a lovely local wine, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Great views of the old town and sea!

Great to look at this eastern edge fortress is easy to navigate through. Walk around it for great views, a cooling breeze and to understand the sheer size and solidity of the fortress. Impressive structure.

This looks very medieval and you can walk straight through it. It has nice views of the sea and some cafes nearby.

Rebellin Fortress is located on the eastern part of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, outside the Ploce Gate as an additional protection against all enemies. A guided tour is highly recommended.

Not to be missed when visiting the Old town because of its iconic views of the harbor from the bridge leading to the gate. The view is specially stunning at dusk when the lights from the boats moored nearby are reflected,on the water.

Only to enter the building it is already worth the 20 minutes stop, the exhibition is a bit small, but you can read about the Revelin history and phases and see pieces of old churches, some already destroyed. Ticket I believe is free, it is...More

This is another of the fortresses that are dotted around the old town walls. A magnificent, imposing structure with great views from the top.
