Despite some fibbing ticket-checkers half way round, this was an all round good experience. Great views, not spoiled by it being busy and a lovely way to burn off breakfast. We went early in the day to avoid the worst of the heat/unsheltered sunshine. If...More

Well worth the money. It took us nearly 3 hours to go round the walls as we stopped to take in the views, just amazing. It can be walked much quicker, it’s up to the individual of course.

Spent 1.5 hours walking the amazing walls of the Old City!! Started by 10 & we're happy to be finished before noon due to the hot sunny day. Excellent views of the city below plus the ocean beyond.

The city walls are worth the price and the effort. You can enter from three different ‘gates’ and make one full circuit (and only one!) around the walled old town. Great views with different perspectives throughout. You’ll see where roofs had to be replaced from...More

With the glittering Adriatic on one side and the red clay roofs of the old town on the other, a walk on top of the walls is sure to be a highlight of your visit to Dubrovnik. The City is completely surrounded with defensive walls...More

We walked the walls in October and timed it so there weren't too many cruise ships in that day and left it until late afternoon and watched the sunset from the bar on the wall by the Adriatic Sea

We walked around these in the early part of the day, as it is too hot later (at the end of August anyway). Dubrovnik is a wonderful old city and you get a really special view when walking around the walls.

This is a lovely walk and gives you a bird's-eye view of the city with stunning landscape photos. It is full of stair so be prepared to get a little workout going for yourself.

We walked along this wall and were amazed at the view in one place we could go through the wall and descend down the path to the sea. There were a few swimmers brave enough to take the plunge at the end of the path.

The city wall itself is an amazing "must see," but the view from every part of the wall is breathtaking. The wall is over a mile long and it costs 150 Kuna (about $23) to access it, but it is well worth the effort and...More

Just outwith the city walls you can climb up steps and get a comparably great view. There’s also the cable car and a high coastal road that can be driven to.
