The clock and the nearby constructions are interesting, better to be observed from some distance, and with zoom, in order to notice all the details.

Great looking clock as clocks go, something to look up to in the centre of Split as you explore all the attraction Split has to offer.

I can't comment on the views from the top, as I didn't climb it, but the views from the bottom are pretty good. The City Clock is one of several features of the people's square, otherwise known as Narodni Trg and could easily be missed...More

We had spent the morning and early afternoon strolling through Split's old town and had paused for a drink and a rest, in the People's Square. While relaxing there, we spotted the City Clock. The clock features a 24 hour face and a small bell...More

A good city to stroll for a 1/2 day, the clock is a gem. Enjoy the views from the steps. Good place for a lunch stop.

Whilst walking around, always look up and around you as we nearly missed this clock. Impressive but quite hidden away. Good photo opportunity!!

While dinning near the square you can have a look at the city clock, because it is located in center of Split old town. It's interesting, but just to see it once. P.S. It's a 24 hour clock.

While strolling through the city we noticed that at a square people where looking up allot. This way we found out that the clock is a landmark of the city.

Very neat clock -- the face shows 24 hours. You really don't need to look for this -- if you spend anytime wondering around the castle you will come upon it.
