I have watched and an Italian Opera in here. Inside was really good and has good atmosphere. When I will come again to Kharkiv, I will most probably visit this place again to watch some opera or concert.

The building is quite unique in the architecture, great example of constructivism style. And inside if you will decide not to go straight to the concert hall you can get lost, it's almost a labyrinth) And the ballet or opera itself are very good. Definitely...More

From the outside, it looks kind of doll, but the inside is majestic, beautiful architecture and decor. Went to see a Ballet and an Opera, great sound and seating.

The Opera, Barber of Seville, was in Russian rather than Italian but it was really good. Obviously the story is well known so it was easy to follow and the cast were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I went to see the classical show that runs again and again - "The bat", it was beautiful and funny. Don't have much to say except - big WOW!

This is one of those places in Kharkiv that shows that this city was a very nice one...in the past. The building is really nice and majestic, but it's needing some renovations asap, especially if you see the backside of it.
