One of our favorite experiences in Antigua. Our guide, Kwame, was superb and aside from the wonderful food experiences, we got an overview of Antigua's layout. Kwame gave friendly, informative conversation and I especially like that all but one of the restaurants we visited was owned by Guatemalans though the foods we tried were very eclectic. Can't miss with this excursion and it helped us in choosing places to dine around Antigua during our stay.

Loved this tour! Such a great way to see the city...one delicious bite at a time. We explored places we never would have discovered in our short time of a week here. I'm a vegetarian and most places did a great job of making an equally delicious tasting (we also had a meat eater in our group).

ABSOLUTELY DO THIS TOUR. We did this food tour on our first day in Antigua and it has totally changed the rest of our experience of the city! Jamila took 3.5 hours to show us around some of the best little gems for eating in the city. She knew the owners, how they treat their staff and the special things to order off the menu. In addition to the 10 stops which were each FANTASTIC, she gave us a few other tips for other places to eat. It has set our eating agenda for the remainder of our trip. The tour was an absolute pleasure. Jamila has the most wonderful, joyful energy. It's clear she loves food, Antigua and her work and it made for the perfect tour! Just don't eat much before you come! And BTW, she is also an excellent yoga teacher and I caught her class at Caoba Farms on Saturday for an additional treat!

We recently did the foodie tour of Antigua. The food was outstanding! The order of the tastings was very well organized. Jamila was very knowledgeable of each dish and the history of each restaurant. We tasted a variety of flavors and could not pick a favorite!! We highly recommend this tour.
