The Old Mill is on just on the outskirts of the town of Nantucket. It is on a small hill along a fairly busy road. It's a stop that every tour bus makes but the town has not considered the tourist. There are no steps...More

Growing up on the island, I always loved this mill and couldn't wait to show it to my kids. It doesn't disappoint and my kids loved the history and experience. Memories continue year after year with this attraction - well worth it and a must.

We were on one of Gail's Tours of Nantucket. She allowed us to stretch our legs for a bit when we got to the Old Mill. It is the last remaining windmill on the island that is still operational. It is actually the oldest functioning...More
