Wonderful trail for biking, walking, skating, running. If you begin by the Berkshire mall it is about a 25 mile round trip. We biked it and it was a nice tame workout. The first 5 miles are lakeside, then mountainside and finally through Adams, continuing...More

This is a 10.8 mile paved trail. We walked only three miles and went back to car. Would love to come back and bike the entire length. Highly recommend this trail. Both men's and women's rest rooms at parking lot. Much better than Kennedy Park...More

Don't miss the Ashuwillticook Rail Trail when in Cheshire or Adams. It's a very well-kept, clean trail that snakes through both towns with picturesque mountain views in both directions.

We rented bikes from Village Bike Rentals in Adams, MA. A beautiful, flat ride. We went on a summer weekday and it wasn't crowded at all. And being from Southern CA, I REALLY liked that. I'd totally do it again.

Perfect trail for biking - relatively flat, beautiful - with lots of places to stop and eat or just take in the beauty of nature.

Great ride on mostly level paved path for our family of four (two adults and two kids - 6yrs and 8 yrs). Well marked hazards (bumps, etc), and well-maintained path... no brush encroaching path, etc. We especially like the mix of riders - a few...More

Timbo's in Cheshire, where the trail crosses Route 8 about half way to Pittsfield, right across the road from Cheshire Lake.

This is who we used: Berkshire Outfitters. They had good bikes and were reasonable. More importantly, they were open.
