Lovely beach with all the facilities, cleanliness and washrooms . We enjoyed a lot with small kids, ample space for parking, with nominal entry fees, though we were lucky enough as on that day entry was free. Highly recommend everyone to visit this place and looking...More

I will always love Sandy Point since it's the closet beach to where I live. It's not the biggest or the best out there but it's a little slice of the Bay

The cost is $15 per car but there are deals that lower the cost. You can get tickets on line. There are 3D glasses. The view from the west bound bridge is free and beautiful.

We attended the Lights on the Bay just after the holidays on the last opening weekend. It was just as lovely as I remember from a child. It's a great fundraiser and a unique local event.

Sandy Point makes for an easy, breezy way to escape to the beach. The grassy areas are great for sitting and lounging, much nicer than sand. You can sit in the shade or sun yourself with some privacy. It's also a nice area to walk...More

Located on the Annapolis side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, the Park has a wide sand beach with a great full-length view of the Bridge. Parking is ample. Picnicking areas abound. $5/person entrance fee.

No IDs needed to enter the park but there is a day use fee. Not sure about boating fees. Those probably can be found on the park website.
