We visited on a Sunday so we did the self guided Tabasco Tour and the Jungle Gardens drive. The Tabasco Tour was interesting and self guided since it was a Sunday. It took us about 45 minutes to do the tour. Our teenagers enjoyed the museum where there was a tv that showed all the movies where Tabasco was used... More

Drove through the Jungle Gardens after touring the Tabasco factory. Audio tour via iPhone pointed out the highlights; unfortunately didn't have a signal in some areas so had to listen when signal was sufficient to stream. Gardens were nice and well maintained

You can either walk or drive through these stunnngly beautiful gardens. I arrived earlier in the morning and had the place to myself. I especially enjoyed Bird City and the peace and serenity of this preserved sanctuary.

Spent a great afternoon driving, walking and exploring the Jungle Gardens today. Saw several alligators, egrets and other birds, turtles, and more. We walked several trails, met a Buddha, sat in a sunken garden, drove through a wisteria covered archway, and that was just in the first hour! The huge oak trees are amazing! Bring a picnic and spend the... More

Great drive around the gardens! You can stop and get out to take pictures as you please. Gift shop closes at 5:30, but you can drive or walk the paths in the gardens as long as you are out by dark. We saw several alligators and the 300 year old oak tree! The Gardens are a beautiful place to visit!

We ate here, hoping to tour the gardens. The gardens are not for handicapped folks with walkers. We ordered the seafood bisque and it was so good. Food is a little oricey, but you pay for the atmosphere too.

Jungle Gardens is on the grounds of the family estate of the owners of the Tabasco Sauce Factory. We saw an alligator (actually an alligator's eye popping up through the algae), palm trees, nice landscaping, many birds in the sanctuary part, and had a nice little hike in gorgeous weather. You can drive and get out at the 15 stops... More

Wonderful experience, as you get to tour the area at your own pace, and in your own vehicle. There are many places along the way, to pull over and take a little extra time for either photos or just getting a better look at the amazing scenery. I have been there at least 20 times, and each visit I have... More

Nice to visit with someone who knows a lot about plants and animals. Good quiet walks but you can appreciate it just as well in a car.
