The entry is 15 dollars but the exhibits and vantage point help bring the canal to life and it’s engineering feats into prospective. If you aren’t able to transit the canal this is the next best thing. Try to see when ships will be coming...More

The Miraflores Visitor Center is the best experience to know the history of the Canal and how does it work. Considered one of the new wonders of the world. An incredible work of engineering.

Go. But go when the big cargo ships come in around 2/3:30pm. It wouldnt have been the same if we went without seeing how the canal a really works. Snack shop, gift shop and plenty of seating if you have to wait.

Awesome drinks and dinner on the 4th floor. Watch several ship move through the locks. The spectacular sailboat ‘Luna” passed while we were there, very cool boat. We had a Latino band playing while enjoying an excellent dinner.
