I arrived alone with my child to meet my husband who was in Panama for work, and Katia made me feel so safe! She was there at the airport as soon as we walked out of Customs. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about her country! She arranged our tour of the Panama Canal, which was wonderful, and she took us to the tour and picked us up from it. The next day, we dropped by another tourist site in the old city, and she was there giving a tour to another group. She was great and was very fairly priced! I would highly recommend!…

Not only does Kats Tours provide in depth and knowledgeable tour services, but if you have a problem, you want the owner, Katia, on your side. When my passport, other IDs, credit and debit cards were stolen, Katia immediately knew what steps to take, facilitated everything, and made it possible for me to make my scheduled flight back to the US the next day. She has contacts throughout the travel industry and used them to help me. Katia also knows Panama thoroughly and will help you plan and enjoy the perfect Panama experience.…

Love Katia and her entire staff. Went above and beyond. Beyond reliable. Showed up at airport to get us at 3am even after several flight delays. Sent snacks and waters on long tour days. Was like traveling with family. Truly Katia loves her country and wants everyone who visits to leave feeling the same way. We did!!!…

There are some tour operators who legitimately deserve 6 stars and Kats Tours is top of the list. We arranged airport pickup and drop off, visit to Gamboa (AMAZING) and tour of the Old City. Her very professional driver was a magician, weaving through the meandering streets of the Old City to her us past a protest near the Presidential Palace to get us to the heart of the city where Katia shared both the historical and cultural insight into the past, current development and future of that sector of Panama City She engaged us adults and my teenaged and pre-teen children which is NO easy task. I will recommend Kats Tours to anyone without hesitation.…
