Gorgeous views of the city skyline from the Causeway. Several good restaurants, the Smithsonian's Punta Culebra, and the Biomuseo are available to visit. Weekends are very busy traffic-wise but we had no trouble getting an Uber to take us out and another picking us up....More

They were still installing brand new benches to sit and watch (people or the bay) all along the causeway. 4-seater Bicycles/quadcycles were available to use, joggers and dog walkers were out in force. A great new addition to the boomtown of Centro America.

We rented a 2 person bike and rode along the very user friendly Causeway to the marinas. It was a great way to mingle with local people and their children.

To my knowledge there's not general wi-fi available on the Causeway, but I'm sure you could always use the wifi of the restaurant - perhaps at most you may be asked to order something. Hope that helps! Enjoy Panama - it's a... More

We took a taxi everywhere we went and it was fairly inexpensive.

They said it is in the final stages and in 6 - 8 months the cruise ships and aircraft carriers should be travelling through.
