The view was great also sculpture was gorgeous and giant. To feel the soul of history you should visit if you’re in Kiev.

Love the Rodina Mat and i would go back again if i visit Ukraine. The museum is amazing and learn about the heroic people. We even went to the top top of the statue.

You cant miss it or you are blind. Best to be done in the frame of a guided tour as they tell you some nice details - why is mama facing Russia, not Germany? etc.

Very nice tourist attraction, the museum is very interesting and honest. Its a very afforable attraction to visit, just make sure the weather is clear so you can go up and have a great view over the city.

Built while Ukraine was part of USSR. It is a war monument to WWII. If you are in the area it is worth a look. The museum's below may have been worthwhile, but are closed Monday's so we couldn't visit them.
