I went with my girlfriend to the museum, June 2017. Saw lots of interesting, old Soviet aircraft. For an American, it was my first chance to see up close planes of this kind. The museum is next to Zhuliany airport and you get the chance...More
The air museum is outdoors and located at the Zhuliany Airport the domestic airport in Kyiv. For the aviation enthusiast this is a good place to look at Soviet era aircraft military as well as civilian.

Excellent well laid out museum alongside Kiev's Zhuliany airport. Very cheap entrance fee with small additional costs (very small) to go inside a large number of the aircraft.

Impressive collection. You can get into the cabin of some planes and helicopters. The museum is right next to airstrip, which causes ocasional strong winds, but adds to the impression. Recommended!
