Free entry. Photography needs to be discreet. This is a functioning church, so please be aware of the worshipers who come and go while you are visiting - I stand to the side if there are people praying and wait for them to leave before I start gawking at the artworks etc ... !!! ... I can't get enough of... More

Another Cathedral under construction in Belgrade. Take a look. Nice photo ops from the outside. And just behind the church is one of the Nato bombed buildings.

I was pretty impressed by the place, although it was under renovations, you could still enjoy some paintings, nice.

The Cathedral was located near to Danube River and the Fortress. It was an old Serbian Orthodox Church dedicated to St. Michael the Archangel. There were many paintings inside for viewing. It was a very important centre for local christians' gathering and worshipping.

It is definitely worth a visit to see the Cathedral, it is a very serene and quiet place befitting a Cathedral. It was so quiet I chose not to even attempt any photos as just so serene and peaceful.

Great looking relatively new temple, first church was built in 1833 and later this one. Inside you can see tombs of some historical figures of Serbian history. Like: Tomb of Emperor Stefan Dusan († 1354) Tomb of King Aleksandar Obrenovic and Queen Draga († 1903) Tomb Knjaz Milan M.OBRENOVIĆ (1839) Surrounded by nice Tasmajdan park

The place was a bit crowded but at peace and quiet. paintings, design and architecture was masterpiece. Visiting usually takes about 15 min max , cameras's allowed but certain rules as all churches must be followed.
