Good communication beforehand, on time and helpful. I arrived at 420am and already got a message beforehand to confirm driver would be there and he was, same at 530am for the return transfer. Also the complimentary bottle of water was nice when I arrived since I had been travelling for 21 hours already. He also had some interesting facts about the buildings we passed, which is a nice touch to get to know the city. If I had more time I would have definitely tried a guided tour!…
