The muezhim is heard calling followers to prayer throughout the day. Inside the mosque it is cool and peaceful.

It is a very nice historic mosque from Ottoman Empire era and very well protected up to now. Dont leave Tirana without seeing it.

It's located on a corner of the main square (Skanderbeg) and is one of the few surviving mosques in the city.

This is a mosque from the Ottoman times. Seeing the drawings on the walls, from the floor to the top, it is not easy to be impressed.
