I don't understand the No Photos policies of most museums. People travel 1000's of miles/kilometers and have no hard proof. The exhabits were interesting and I'm glad I visited.

We enjoyed walking through the galleries and seeing works by Albanian artists. I was most taken by the works from teh communist period that looked like propaganda posters. Very enlightening. (Air conditioning would have been nice to have though!)

... it's pretty darn nice. The highlight of the collection are paintings from the socialist realist period of the Communist regime, and the museum has some nice items. If this is your cup of tea, no better place in the region to see this style....More
