On our visit to Fiji, the Fiji Museum in Suva was high on our list. We took a walk through the gardens to get there. Entry was 10F$ per person. The first hall is the best to start with. Some cool artefacts and lots of...More

Born and raised in Suva, I visited the museum on many school trips. It has declined to a poor state compared to what it was 2+ decades ago. Still an important national institution as very little funding is provided to maintain and support further research...More

A rich collection of Fijian History tucked neatly within the Capital City of Suva. A must visit. The views are breathtaking, which has a pre colonial ambiance to it.

Excellent gem. Very informative. We are not particularly "museum people", but found this a great way of understanding more about the region. The cafe is good. The shop overpriced

Fiji has a rich history and much to be proud about. The Museum encapsulates a lot of this history but the exhibits need further development. Some is happening but there is scope for a lot more.
