A first hand look at the local produce and what the residents eat. Good place to shop for fresh and very cheap fruits and vegetables.

We were recently in Fiji and were told that Sunday is a day of rest. I believe that most things are closed on Sundays and we were told to make it a resort day.

It depends where you are..both the market have similar produce but Lautoka is a bit bigger in size.

I can't recall if there were flowers in the town (central) markets but there is another market on the road to/from the Nadi airport that had heaps of beeeaaauutiful flowers.
