The views, the ruins and the history are amazing. It is a hard hike, but totally worth it!. The afternoon is the best time for pictures.

Spectacular setting for the last stand of the Incas. Can get crowded when the tour buses turn up mid-afternoon, so go anytime else.

Visited Ollantaytambo archaeological park, hired a guide, it is worth visiting, lots of history, great view of the town, mountains from the top of the park. Great people in the whole area, lots of tropical fruits, great Peruvian food!
