First off, there are quite a number of reviews here that is talking about the Inca bridge at Macchupicchu. The reviews are positive and as a result would skew the results for this Inka bridge that is found at Ollanta. The walk is not on...More

Don't miss this small hike to see the beautiful bridge. Sharp cliffs set the scene for this amazing piece of architectural history.

The only Inca parts of this bridge are remnants of its foundation. The bridge itself is a wooden bridge suspended by cables. Not particularly interesting, especially given the other close-by opportunities to see great Inca ruins.

The old large stone work is impressive but obvious that work of a poorer quality was added to what remained of the older superior work.

This bridge is located near the entrance of Ollantaytambo city. It is just a normal bridge. We made the stop there and our driver [guide] said that if we cross and keep walking, we will see very scenic view of the terraces and ruins.
