We paid 15 soles to enter the museum and it was very worth it! It includes a guide that takes you through everything and explains the history behind it. Our guide was amazing, one of the best we ever had. The catacombs are small but...More

I only went in here by accident, thinking it was just a small church. In fact it's a museum and catacombs. S15 to get in, which includes an English-speaking guide. It's two stories with cloisters, choir, library, refectotu, chapels and a huge beautiful church. Only...More

Don't miss the catacumbas and try to review the history of Lima before visit this place. If you suffer claustrophobia just skip it.

Really enjoyed the half an hour hour of this museum. Got a great flavour of how life must have been like for the Franciscan monks. Also houses one of the biggest paintings in the world - it’s enormous!

No photos allowed inside so nothing to show you but it was very interesting. Historical, lots of Art and very inexpensive to get in just a few bucks. We stumbled onto it as we passed by. Very close to Plaza de armas.

I was surprise we could not see the catacombs as they are not open to the public. It was a bit misleading. Nevertheless the tour was informative.

As I recall, the entrance fee is quite inexpensive, and a guide comes with it. The guide will take you around public parts of the convent and into the catacombs.
