I only went in here by accident, thinking it was just a small church. In fact it's a museum and catacombs. S15 to get in, which includes an English-speaking guide. It's two stories with cloisters, choir, library, refectotu, chapels and a huge beautiful church. Only...More

Really enjoyed the half an hour hour of this museum. Got a great flavour of how life must have been like for the Franciscan monks. Also houses one of the biggest paintings in the world - it’s enormous!

No photos allowed inside so nothing to show you but it was very interesting. Historical, lots of Art and very inexpensive to get in just a few bucks. We stumbled onto it as we passed by. Very close to Plaza de armas.

We visited this church mainly for the catacombs. Entrance fee is only s/15 (~$5) per person, and surprisingly included a guided tour! Our guide was great and pretty thorough. Our walk included explanations and history of the different rooms and items in the church, including...More

This was our last sight that we visited before leaving Cusco and it was a great ending to our trip. We weren’t sure about paying the admission fee at first but are so glad that we did. The admission fee goes towards restoring this amazing...More

I was surprise we could not see the catacombs as they are not open to the public. It was a bit misleading. Nevertheless the tour was informative.

They don't tell you there are only two small staged rooms open to the public that they call their catacombs. All the rooms below the church are closed. Now there is some interesting art work and ornately carve choir chairs but I have visited many...More

Our tour guide was fun and spoke good english. She was very informative, the only thing I was suggest to improve is to allow time to explore more as it was quite rushed. The church is just beautiful and would of liked to see more...More

As I recall, the entrance fee is quite inexpensive, and a guide comes with it. The guide will take you around public parts of the convent and into the catacombs.
