Don't skimp! Take the three day tour otherwise you'll arrive at the oasis too late to enjoy it! Also ask for Carlos Flores for your tour guide you won't be disappointed!!!

We were very lucky to see so many condors flying during our visit. In spite of the crowd, we found many different viewing locations easily accesible. However, take in cosideration no facilities for mobility impaired people.

Amazing place to see condors. We visited for a morning and saw about 10-15 flying around! Struggled a bit with the altitude.

Hi Clare. Yes you can do it without a Tour, you can go to the bus station or Terminal and take a bus to Caylloma and its really cheap. There you can walk or take other buses to the next towns.
