Beautiful area of Arequipa. Gorgeous shops and some really sweet restaurants and cafes (all pretty cheap). If you're in Arequipa these streets are a must see! We stayed in a hostel here and it was without a doubt the best decision to move there.

Arequipa is a nice place for a two days visit. The white sellar buildings all over the centre are authentic and beautifull. Good restaurants and a friendly atmosphere. Althought much traffic (mostly taxi's ).

Walking on Arequipa's historic center streets is nice during the day and evenings. The old houses are made of white volcanic rock ("sillar") and some temples too.
