You can take a taxi or enter the endless stairs, nice view of the city, but only in good weather, not bad

Worth taking the public transit or hop onoff bus to get up to the top and see the view of quito and to see the virgin up close. there is also a room with some of the history in the área under the virgin.

We went up to the top of hill to see this monument. It was part of a tour we took with Suviatour. Interesting monument and great view of the old city and the surrounding hills and volcanos

Do they have fixed hours to go to the top of the Statue? Or is it allowed 24 hours? I am planning to go to El Panecillo in the evening time and want to be able to climb to the top of the Statue as well.

Definitely not 24 hrs. To be honest the view from the base of the statue is worthwhile.
