Overall I had a great experience using Greyline tours in Quito, Ecuador. I used them for airport pick-up and they were right on time with their representative holding a sign with my name on it. I also did the Quito City tour, Mitad del Mundo and the Otavalo market tours. All the tours were excellent and the communication from Grayline... More

I did the Grayline Cotapaxi with mtn biking and hike to refuge. Our tour group of 5 people were not enthused about our tour guide. He did not act that cheerful and I felt he could have told us more about the sights we passed. I had just finished a 10-day tour of Peru with Gate 1, back-to-back with National... More

Dear Julia Thank you very much for your comment, I am though , a bit confused, since we don´t offer bike tours to Cotopaxi nor hiking to the refugee, but just to be sure, do you remember the name of the guide and the Lodging? As for the transfer out I am deeply sorry for the delay in our service,... More

We tend to arrange a Gray Line tour of every city we visit in order to get some idea of the things we might want to return to see in depth, as well as get a lay of the land. This tour is in a trolley where all of the seats have great views. You have to arrange the tour... More

The city tour is really short, takes you back to hotel by 11am and picked me up at 8:30am. Takes you to see a few churches that have free entry and independence square. Finishes at the statue of virgin. I would not recommend.

Just spent a week by myself in Quito Ecuador. Yes it included the earthquake. Had a tour every day with Grayline including airport transfers. Guides were knowledgeable and fluent in English. We thoroughly enjoyed our two day tour of Quito and the surrounding areas.
